WELCOME to the ACERS FASTPITCH 2023 - 2024 TRY-OUTS!

Parents and/or Guardians:  Please make sure you carefully read each and every item you choose before completing and submitting your player's TRY-OUT FORM for the upcoming 2023 - 2024 SEASON.  

 

**ONLY FILL OUT ONE FORM PER PLAYER, ALL DUPLICATES WILL BE DELETED**

 

NOTE:  The SportsEngine account is for the Parent or Guardians, players under 18 years of age, are not allowed to set up accounts. 

It is important to differentiate between the two roles as you progress through set up.
